We knew as soon as we looked at some of Mark’s work that we would like to meet him and from the moment we met him we knew he was the perfect person to take charge of capturing the memories of the most important day of our life.
We first met Mark at our wedding venue, immediately he was full of ideas of how he could best capture the images of the day and exciting us with his plans. In the build up to the big day Mark was always available to answer any questions and help us with the planning, there are so many things to think about but he took charge of what he could to make everything easy and enjoyable for us.
On our wedding day Mark was fantastic, we had said that we really wanted to capture lots of ‘natural images’ and he achieved this in a way which was so subtle you wouldn’t have known he was there. Mark organised everyone and got all the formal photos we wanted done and dusted quickly so we could enjoy our day. He also quickly adapted when we decided all of a sudden on the day that we would have a receiving line having not previously planned one.
Working with Mark on our wedding day was fantastic and a real pleasure, but the best was yet to come. Mark visited us at home to show us the photos when we returned from Honeymoon, our parents where there as well and the only dry eyes in the house were Mark’s. Words cannot describe how wonderful the photos were. Each image captured every ounce of emotion of the day, and brought it all flooding back, the story of our day was complete.
Mark Skeet is a wonderful photographer, he captured the memories of our day and preserved them for the rest of our lives, his work will bring joy to us every time we look at the album. We would recommend Mark to anyone. His work is much more than just traditional wedding photography. He brings something else to his work that I do not think other photographers can offer, a real personal touch of class and distinction.
